Zesty Beef and Vegetable Soup

1 lb.    ground beef
1/2 c.  chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. pre-shredded coleslaw
1-10 oz. frozen whole corn
1-9 oz. frozen cut green beans
4 c. vegetable juice
1-14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tabls. Worcheshire sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp.pepper
1. Brown meat with onion and garlic in skillet. Drain off fat.
2. Combine meat mixture, coleslaw mix, frozen corn and beans, vegetable juice, undrained tomatoes, worcheshire sauce, basil and pepper in crockpot.
3. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
EXTRAS: Sometimes I put sliced carrots in it too with all the other ingredients if I have some around the house. Also, I like to top with-shredded cheddar cheese.
